To start a return, email help@capristudios.com with your order number within that period. We'll send you the return instructions.
The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and original packaging. For Family Garden and Family Bouquet, you must have approved the design yourself; automatically approved designs are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee. If the conditions are not met, the refund may be reduced or declined.
You are responsible for return shipping, and that shipping cost is not refunded. Once we receive and inspect the return, an approved refund goes to your original payment method and usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
