Will you include a receipt in the package?

No. We don't include prices or invoices inside the package. Your order confirmation is available by email. If you need an invoice, email help@capristudios.com with your order number; an invoice is not a download included in the order confirmation.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but we can promise you this: all our prints arrive carefully packaged and protected, making them beautiful and ready to present.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. You can buy a USD 75, USD 100 or USD 200 gift card on our website. It is delivered by email, can be used on any product by entering its code at checkout, and does not expire.

How do I receive my promotional gifts?

The Stories that Bloom eBook and Mystery Gift included in an eligible promotion are digital and arrive by email. The Mystery Gift is a surprise, so we don't reveal what it is in advance. Check your spam folder and email help@capristudios.com if an included gift is missing. For Family Garden and Family Bouquet, your high-resolution illustration file is separate from these promotional gifts and is downloaded in Proofer after approval.
