The Proofer instructions below apply to Family Garden and Family Bouquet. For help with changes to a non-personalized Home Decor order, email help@capristudios.com with your order number.

I need to change my shipping address. Can I update it?

You can change your shipping address in Proofer until the entire order is approved, including while only some illustrations have been approved. Go to https://orders.capristudios.com/ and sign in with your order number and the original email address used for your purchase. Save the correct US shipping address before approving any remaining illustrations. Once the whole order has been approved, address changes are no longer available. If you cannot access the panel or save a change, email help@capristudios.com for guidance. Contacting us does not pause automatic approval.

I need to cancel or modify my order.

If you need to cancel, email help@capristudios.com immediately with your order number. We'll check the current status and confirm what is possible. Once production has started, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. A request is not confirmation that the order has been stopped.

Can I change my email address?

Yes. Sign in to https://orders.capristudios.com/ with your order number and original purchase email, then update your notification email. You can change it before or after approval for future order and tracking updates.

Can I change the size or frame, or add another product?

Use your Proofer customer panel before approving your illustration to view eligible product changes or add a new item. Any price difference and available options are shown there. Only you can complete the change and any associated payment; email help@capristudios.com if you need guidance. For an eligible change that requires payment, you have 24 hours to pay. If you don't pay within that time, your original order stays unchanged. The existing auto-approval deadline gains 24 hours; this does not start a new seven-day review period.
