For orders in the USA:

PRINT ONLY

Free Standard Shipping: Estimated 5 to 9 Business Days from approval, with tracking.

Express Shipping: Estimated 3 to 5 Business Days from approval, with tracking.

FRAMED PRINTS

Free Standard shipping: Estimated 5 to 10 Business Days from approval, with tracking.

Express Shipping: Estimated 3 to 5 Business Days from approval, with tracking.

* Please note that on rare occasions, depending on the location, and volume of packages with the carrier, the estimates for standard shipping can take up to 10 business days from the ship date. We recommend choosing the express shipping option if your order is very time-sensitive.

* * Free shipping does not apply for framed prints to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or American Samoa.

We print and ship from Miami for the USA & Canada.

Multiple steps exist to get your glorious Family Garden from this site to your wall.

Here's what happens:

We process your file to ensure there are no print or color defects before printing. We then print the map, dry it and do a quality review. If the print is not up to standard, it is immediately reprinted. This process can take up to 3 business days.

Once we have signed off on the quality of the print, a shipping label is created that tells the carrier to collect it the following day. Once your order has shipped, it will depend on the standard of shipping you chose and the location.

There may be some customs delays for international orders (outside the US and Canada), but it is usually not a problem.

All orders come with tracking codes. If you have any problems with your shipment or feel it should have already been delivered - email us at [email protected], and we will look into it. We are unable to speak to carriers on your behalf, but there may be some info we can provide to assist you when you are communicating with them.
