Once your order has been printed, you will receive an email with your tracking code. This means that your print has been packed and is about to be collected by the carrier. Depending on what time of day your order has been printed, it can take up to 18 hours for your package to be collected.

Most tracking codes will not update until they have reached their first destination point - which is usually a sorting center. Depending on where you are located, this can take up to 3 days to update. Sometimes a tracking code will miss an update, as updating the tracking code is reliant on the person at the sorting center to mark it as updated.
