Yes, while your order is eligible for changes. You can add members in Proofer within the first hour after ordering and before your illustration is assigned to an illustrator. Otherwise, wait for your proof, reject it and request the additions there.
The fee depends on the total number of members in that illustration, not the number you add. Family Garden includes up to 12; a total of 13–16 requires a one-time $10 fee. If you already paid that fee for the illustration, you won't pay it again for another eligible addition.
Family Garden cannot exceed 16 members, and Family Bouquet cannot exceed 10. Any required payment must be completed before the change is made.
If you have already approved your proof, use the 60-minute customer rejection window described above, if it still applies. Otherwise, contact help@capristudios.com so we can review the situation.
