I need more than 12 spots. What should I do?

You can order a Family Garden with 13–16 members directly through the configurator. The $10 extension fee is charged once per illustration. Enter all the details for the members you want included: - The full list of names - The birth month for each person - Your preferred order of names, if you have one Family Garden has a maximum of 16 members and Family Bouquet a maximum of 10. For a larger family, choose whom to include or order a second illustration.

I already ordered, and I need to add more people. Can you help?

Yes, while your order is eligible for changes. You can add members in Proofer within the first hour after ordering and before your illustration is assigned to an illustrator. Otherwise, wait for your proof, reject it and request the additions there. The fee depends on the total number of members in that illustration, not the number you add. Family Garden includes up to 12; a total of 13–16 requires a one-time $10 fee. If you already paid that fee for the illustration, you won't pay it again for another eligible addition. Family Garden cannot exceed 16 members, and Family Bouquet cannot exceed 10. Any required payment must be completed before the change is made. If you have already approved your proof, use the 60-minute customer rejection window described above, if it still applies. Otherwise, contact help@capristudios.com so we can review the situation. Only you can submit the changes or reject your proof in Proofer; our support team can guide you if you need help.
