Yes. The available options depend on the stage of your order:
- Before your proof is ready: You can edit names and add or remove members in Proofer within 1 hour of ordering, as long as your illustration has not yet been assigned to an illustrator. After that, wait for your proof to request corrections.
- Once you receive your proof: Before approving it, reject it in Proofer and leave your requested corrections. You can request unlimited revisions; each round adds 24–72 hours.
- After you personally approve your proof: You have 60 minutes to reject that illustration in Proofer if you notice a mistake. After that, email help@capristudios.com immediately. We can't guarantee that production or shipping can be stopped. This 60-minute option does not apply to automatic approval.
