Order early and approve your preview promptly. For guaranteed-delivery orders, we ship at least 5 days before the required date. Revisions add 24–72 hours per round, so on-time delivery can no longer be guaranteed after changes are requested. Carrier delays may also affect arrival.
If a guaranteed-delivery order does not arrive on time, email help@capristudios.com. Our team will review the situation and consider an appropriate goodwill gift. This is reviewed case by case, not an automatic gift or fixed compensation.
