What is your shipping timeline?

For Family Garden and Family Bouquet, your preview arrives within 24 hours of ordering. Each round of revisions adds 24–72 hours. Once you approve the design, it is printed in the USA and delivered in approximately 2–5 days. These are estimates. We'll email your tracking details when the order ships; you can also check your order at https://orders.capristudios.com/.

How long does Home Decor take?

Non-personalized Home Decor orders are printed and delivered in approximately 2–5 days from purchase, without the personalized proof process. If you also order a Family Garden or Family Bouquet, everything ships together and follows the personalized product's timeline.

Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?

We ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is free throughout the contiguous United States. Any additional charge for Alaska or Hawaii is shown at checkout. We don't offer paid expedited shipping; orders already ship as quickly as we can.

What if I need my order for a special date?

Order early and approve your preview promptly. For guaranteed-delivery orders, we ship at least 5 days before the required date. Revisions add 24–72 hours per round, so on-time delivery can no longer be guaranteed after changes are requested. Carrier delays may also affect arrival. If a guaranteed-delivery order does not arrive on time, email help@capristudios.com. Our team will review the situation and consider an appropriate goodwill gift. This is reviewed case by case, not an automatic gift or fixed compensation.

My tracking number hasn't updated in a while. What's going on?

Don't worry — sometimes tracking information may take some time to update during transit. If your tracking number hasn't changed for a while, please contact our support team at help@capristudios.com with your order number and tracking information, and we'll review your shipment status and assist you with the next steps. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with an update

My tracking says "delivered," but I don't have my package.
