How are replacements and refunds handled?

Email help@capristudios.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can review it. - Replacement: For a damaged, incorrect or confirmed lost order, we'll review the case and typically offer a replacement at no cost. - Refund: If you request a refund, we'll review it under our Refund Policy and confirm the next steps. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, it usually appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

I received a refund confirmation. Will my order still arrive?

A refund does not always mean a parcel can be stopped, especially if it is already on its way. If an item arrives after its refund, email help@capristudios.com with your order number so we can verify the situation and confirm what to do. Don't place a replacement order just because you received a refund confirmation.

What does the one-year warranty cover?

Your physical product is covered for one year from the date you place your order. If it deteriorates over time, we'll replace it at no cost to you, including shipping. This covers issues such as wood splintering due to humidity, plexiglass becoming cloudy and the print losing color. Accidental damage, such as dropping the product, is not covered. To request a warranty replacement, email help@capristudios.com with your order number and photos of the problem.
